Reservation & Cancellation Policy

At Homestyle Dog Care, we have a limited number of boarding spots available. During peak seasons and holidays, we are often at full capacity. Because of this, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, early pick-ups, or schedule changes make it difficult for us to accommodate other clients and result in lost income.

To ensure fairness for all clients and protect our small business, the following policies are in place:

Holiday & Summer Cancellation Policy

All canceled holiday or holiday weekend reservations must be paid in full.
If a reservation is canceled without at least 72 hours notice, the full cost of the originally booked stay will still be charged — no exceptions

Holiday & Summer Early Pick-Ups or Reservation Changes

  • Early Pick-Ups: Clients who pick up their dog early without providing at least 48 hours’ notice will still be charged for the entire original stay.

  • Reservation Changes: If you need to change your dates and do not give at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged for any days that your reserved space remains unfilled.

We understand that plans change, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best care for every dog in our home-style setting.
